As the Senior Pastor, Rugimbana Nkunda Ezechiel serves as the spiritual leader and primary representative of RUICC. He is responsible for leading and coordinating all church activities, upholding the church’s doctrine, and ensuring adherence to its statutes, regulations, and programs. In legal matters, Pastor Rugimbana represents RUICC and acts as the church’s spokesperson. Additionally, he convenes and chairs the High Council and the High Pastoral Council, selects and ordains pastors, supervises the implementation of council resolutions, and fosters relationships and cooperation between RUICC and its partners.

Masomo Sylvain Rugama, as the General Secretary, handles the administrative and legal affairs of RUICC, ensuring that the church operates smoothly and within legal parameters. He is tasked with collecting and analyzing relevant laws, implementing the church’s mission, doctrine, and values, and developing action plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Masomo also manages the registration and transfer of church property and assists the Senior Pastor with additional duties as needed, reporting directly to him.

Associate Pastor Ndahanyi Damien supports the Senior Pastor in leading the congregation and managing the spiritual needs of the community. He is involved in preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care to the members of RUICC. Ndahanyi also assists in the development and execution of church programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with the church’s mission and values.

Mwungura Alexis, as the Director of Finance, oversees the financial management and project initiatives of RUICC. He ensures that the church’s finances and property are managed efficiently and in compliance with the law. Mwungura is responsible for reviewing and consolidating accounting records, planning and executing financial audits, and implementing any recommendations. Additionally, he advises on financial strategies, monitors investment projects, prepares the budget, and keeps an eye on economic trends that could impact the church’s operations, reporting directly to the Senior Pastor.
